We offer fast and reliable shipping across India. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping charges:

💳 Partial Cash on Delivery (COD):
We understand that not everyone prefers online payments, which is why we offer Partial COD across India.
To confirm your order, you’ll need to pay 30% of the total order value online at checkout. The remaining balance can be paid in cash when your order is delivered. Please note, a flat ₹50 COD fee applies for using this service.
Why Only Partial COD?
In the past, we’ve faced repeated losses from full COD orders being rejected even after confirming that they will not reject it. Every rejected COD order results in:
- Two-way shipping charges
- Packaging and operational losses
- Products stuck in transit or returned damaged
As a small business, every order means a world to us. Partial COD allows us to continue offering the flexibility of COD while protecting us from fraudulent or fake orders.
⚠️ Important:
If the customer rejects the delivery or doesn't accept the order, the 30% advance is non-refundable, and the order will be treated as cancelled by the customer.
Also, any discount coupons will not be applicable on Partial COD.

Order Processing & Shipping Time:
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement, and you'll receive an email notification once your order is shipped.
- Delivery time depends on your location’s pin code. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-10 working days after dispatch.
- We partner with reliable courier services to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders.
Please note: In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Rest assured, we will work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you at the earliest.

- You can track your order by logging into your Merakii Mee account and selecting "My Account" to view order details.
- If you checked out as a guest, please check your registered email for the Shipment Tracking details.

What If I Don’t Receive My Order?
We sincerely apologize if your order is delayed or undelivered (although this is quite rare!). In such a situation, please reach out to us via your registered email address along with your order details, and we will escalate the issue with our logistics partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.
