How are shipping charges calculated?
We have a standard shipping charge of Rs. 50/- pan India for all the orders. Free shipping on the net order value of Rs. 599/- and above.
Do you have COD? What are the payment methods available?
Currently, we're operational only on contactless/prepaid payment modes. Available payment options: UPI, GPay, Phonepe, Paytm, and Online bank transfer.
How is the quality of the products? Are they Anti Tarnish?
The majority of our products are made up of Stainless Steel or Premium Alloy with rich coating. All our stainless steel products are anti-tarnish and Hypoallergic.
How many days does it take for an order to get delivered?
Usually, the order gets delivered within 7-10 working days after the order is been handed over to the delivery partners. We have tie-ups with many reliable courier/delivery partners to get your order delivered seamlessly.
How should I take care of my Jewellery?
- These are fine, delicate accessories and we advise you to refrain from wearing them in the shower and while engaging in outdoor activities/sports
- It is advisable to keep the accessories away from liquids and chemicals such as water, hairspray, lotion, perfume, or other cosmetics containing chemicals that can permanently damage the surface of the gems
- Do not wear them while sleeping and keep them in a cool and dry place
- Store your jewellery separately and in a box with safely padded slots or anti-tarnishing cloth
What are the Returns/Exchange policies?
- *Refund/Return policy:
We have a No exchange, no return. But in case there is an issue with your product, you can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return of the damaged product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- *Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only applicable if the damage is reported within 24hrs of receiving it.
