📦 How are shipping charges calculated?
We offer fast and reliable shipping across India. Here’s a quick breakdown:

💳 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? What payment methods are available?
Currently, we operate mostly on secure prepaid payment methods. We have tie-up with Cashfree Payments. Available options:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Online Bank Transfer
- Debit/Credit Cards
- Partial COD (explained below)
🤔 What is Partial COD? How does it work?
We understand some customers prefer COD, so we offer Partial COD across India.
Here’s how it works:
- Pay 30% of your order value online at checkout to confirm your order.
- Pay the remaining balance in cash at the time of delivery.
- Please note: A flat ₹50 COD fee applies to all Partial COD orders. This amount is charged by the shipping company to provide COD service.
⚠️ Important:
- If the order is rejected or refused at delivery, the 30% advance is non-refundable.
- This system helps us avoid losses from fake or unaccepted COD orders and allows us to keep prices affordable.
💎 Why only Partial COD?
As a small business, every order matters to us. Unfortunately, in the past, many full COD orders were rejected at the time of delivery, causing us:
- Two-way shipping losses
- Packaging and handling wastage
- Products being damaged and stuck in transit for 15-25 days
Partial COD gives you the flexibility of COD while protecting us from fraudulent orders. We thank you for your understanding and support 🙏
✨ How is the quality of your products? Are they anti-tarnish?
- Most of our products are made of Stainless Steel or Premium Alloy with rich coating.
- All stainless steel items are anti-tarnish, hypoallergenic, and skin-friendly.
🚚 How long does delivery take?
- Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch. However, the order may get delivered within 2-5 days as well depending upon the delivery location.
- We work with multiple reliable courier partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
💍 How should I take care of my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking new:
- Avoid wearing it while bathing, swimming, or doing sports.
- Keep away from perfumes, sprays, lotions, or chemicals.
- Remove before sleeping.
- Store separately in a cool, dry place, preferably in a padded jewellery box or anti-tarnish pouch.

🔄 What are your return and exchange policies?
Refund / Return Policy
- We follow a No Exchange / No Return / No Refund policy.
- However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contactus@merakiimee.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once we inspect and approve the issue, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. (Please allow your bank/credit card provider some time to reflect the refund.)
Exchanges (Only for Damaged/Defective Products)
- For damaged items, you can request an exchange by emailing us, messaging us on Instagram (@merakii.mee_india), or WhatsApp (+91 91678 87251) with clear product photos.
- Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer.
- We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof for claims.
⚠️ Note: Final approval of return/exchange/refund requests lies with Merakii Mee. Our decision will be final.
❌ Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
- Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly on WhatsApp/Email. After this, the order is processed and cannot be modified.
